Innovation meets Performance
The quality and innovation of our products do not come without reason. The know-how for our face coatings originates from very different branches of industry: Our chief engineer Klaus J. Eisenmenger has been developing highly specialized surface coatings and alloys for aerospace engineering, the automotive industry (especially in racing) and renewable energy technologies for more than years. The coatings, which always have to meet individual and industry-specific requirements, increase performance while improving durability. Thus, even under high stress constant performance can be guaranteed.
We now use this know-how, which has grown over decades, to make our golf clubs better and more resistant. For this we have worked with reputable tour players and experienced teaching professionals and have combined our technological know-how with the experience and expectations of our pros. The results are innovative and unique face coatings (“coatings”) that are so thin that they are barely visible, but provide noticeably more feel at impact and make the golf clubs resistant to wear and tear.
Our Razorback SD-1 Milled Wedges and our Charlie MR-1 Putter also feature those special face coatings: The SIQ Performance Coating for wedges provides maximum spin, feedback and control over approach shots, while the MR-1 performance coating for putter promises improved roll and consistency.
Technology Made in Germany
Our surface coating is a prime example of “Made in Germany”. In our production halls north of Hamburg, Germany each golf club is coated by qualified and trained specialists. Our engineers have already developed surface coatings for brakes in racing and for aircraft wings – we are used to it and it is our claim to always meet the highest quality standards. We use state-of-the-art industrial lasers and high-quality raw materials to laser our coatings precisely to the fraction of a millimeter.
Our quality standards continue with our golf clubs. We do not produce mass-produced goods but manufacture each golf club according to the wishes and needs of our customers. To do this, we work with experienced and qualified golf fitters, who adapt our golf clubs to the individual requirements of our customers and assemble them accordingly.
